Agur Winery, located next to the Elah Valley in the beautiful Judean Hills, has its vineyards on the lands of Mata, Givat Yeshayahu and Ein Kerem, and produces a limited number of wines that are the fruit of the creative work and artistry of a grower, a winemaker and a vineyard.

Each grape variety was fermented separately in aged oak barrels until blending was complete. The wine has aromas of citrus peel, rose petals and a minerality typical of the Judean Hills region. Mildly full-bodied, with a slight acidity that adds freshness, it is the perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes and sauces, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

The winery, with its magnificent garden, welcomes visitors, offering a unique wine experience for Israelis and tourists alike, with tastings of estate wines.
Tastings are accompanied by local handicrafts.
The vineyard’s historic owner, Shuki Yashuv, was joined in 2020 by 2 enthusiasts: Eyal Drory and Elad Katz, who became co-owners and modernized the estate.
Today, Agur produces around 30,000 bottles of different types of wine, including rosé, white and reds, many of which have won awards in competitions.
The first fully kosher production was made in 2007.
