A balanced, aromatic blend. Complex and rich on the one hand, with fresh, crisp minerality on the other. About half the wine was fermented in old barrels and left on the lees. Offers a springtime expression of the fruits, flowers and rocks of the Judean Hills region.

ABOUT THE DOMAIN
Agur Winery
The winery, with its magnificent garden, welcomes visitors, offering a unique wine experience for Israelis and tourists alike, with tastings of estate wines.
Tastings are accompanied by local handicrafts.
The vineyard's historic owner, Shuki Yashuv, was joined in 2020 by 2 enthusiasts: Eyal Drory and Elad Katz, who became co-owners and modernized the estate.
Today, Agur produces around 30,000 bottles of different types of wine, including rosé, white and reds, many of which have won awards in competitions.
The first fully kosher production was made in 2007.
