The Picholine variety is a hardy variety from the Gard region, capable of adapting to different environments. Its olives, shaped like medium to large almonds, offer a relatively low oil yield (15 to 18%).
The Picholine variety of our Oliko olive oil is enhanced by the exceptional terroir of Avnei Eitan. Its fruity, green aromas of thyme and marjoram express themselves on the palate with a taste of raw artichoke enhanced by a velvety hazelnut flavor.
Oliko Picholine leaves its mark on the palate with a light spiciness and notes of cut herbs.
Oliko Picholine is a superior-category olive oil obtained directly from olives, using only mechanical processes. It is packaged in opaque cans for optimum preservation of its organoleptic qualities (aroma, flavor, taste).
